Dr. Jay Henderson
Dr. Jay Henderson was born in Greenville, MS. He graduated from Northshore High School in Slidell, LA in 1997. He and his family moved to Hattiesburg in 1997 where he attended and graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences in 2001. Dr. Henderson then attended and graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry in Jackson, MS, in 2005. After dental school, Dr. Henderson completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2006. Dr. Henderson joined our practice in the summer of 2006. Dr. Henderson recently completed a mini-residency in dental sleep medicine at Tufts University in Boston, MA. Dr. Henderson was married to his wife, Ryan, in January of 2008. Dr. Henderson has two beautiful children, Ryder and Jace.
Dr. Henderson has always maintained a great loyalty to his alma mater of USM. He is a Lifetime member of the USM Alumni Association and also a member of the “Circle of Champions” in the Eagle Club.
Dr. Henderson is a leader in the field of Dental Sleep Medicine in South Mississippi. Dr. Henderson is also a leader of his field in CEREC dentistry. He also holds a Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Buddy Wallace
Dr. Buddy Wallace was born in Hattiesburg, MS. His family moved to Monroe, LA early on in his childhood. He grew up in Northeast Louisiana where he graduated from Neville High School. After high school, Dr. Wallace attended the University of Florida where he graduated in December of 1972. After college, Dr Wallace made the move back to Louisiana and graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans, LA. Dr. Wallace’s educational accomplishments allowed him to be admitted into the C. Edmund Kells Honor Society. Upon graduation in 1977, he moved back to Hattiesburg where he and his wife, Deborah Diane Wallace, reside. Dr. Wallace has had a long and very fulfilling practice in the beautiful city of Hattiesburg. Dr. Wallace frequently tells his patients that he plans to continue practice as long as the good Lord lets him.
Dr. Janice Touchstone
Dr. Janice Touchstone received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2007 and has been practicing in Hattiesburg for the past 7 years. She was trained at the renowned Las Vegas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies and has a true passion for making smiles beautiful. She also truly enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. She and her husband, Brad, a life-long resident of Hattiesburg, and their daughter, Ryleigh Jane, love living in Hattiesburg and look forward to a lifetime of serving the surrounding areas.
Dr. Amy Sutton
Dr. Sutton received her doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2012 and has been practicing in the Hattiesburg area for the past 7 years. She and her husband, Josh, a native to the Hattiesburg area, are both University of Southern MS graduates. She is a member of the ADA, MDA, South Mississippi Dental Society, Junior Auxiliary, and USM eagle club.
Dr. Sutton was just recently selected for Fellowship in the American College of Dentistry. She is joining an elite group of colleagues who have been nominated by two Fellows and reviewed by a distinguished five-member committee. Selection to Fellowship reflects your exceptional leadership, achievements, and involvement in the dental profession and in your community.
When Dr. Sutton is not working, she enjoys playing tennis, running, playing with her dog, and attending USM football games. She and her husband Josh, are active members of Grace Temple Church. They are very excited to welcome their baby girl, Molly James, in February of 2019.
